Verizon now calls their Prepaid Wireless Plans Prepaid. They used to call them Inpulse.
Verizon Wireless provides one of the largest and most dependable cellular networks in the nation. Verizon Wireless now offers Prepay Wireless services. This is the Logo which we all relate to “Can you Hear Me Now.”
The Verizon Prepaid “Basic Plan” charges 25 cents per minute and no daily access charge. This plan is not competitive with any of the other prepay plans. This is the best plan to add the text packages to if you only use the phone for texting.
Net10.com for 10 cents a minute or Tracfone.com. from 6.6 cents up to 33 cents a minute are much better options.

The Prepaid Verizon Core Plan is 99 cents per day for access and calls are 10 cents per minute. The 99 cent per day Core plan gives you unlimited calling to any Verizon Wireless phone. Currently this is over 80 million phones. I utilized this program for almost a year, if most of your calls tend to be to other Verizon Wireless customers this is often a great option. The most useful benefit of the Core plan is for 99 cents a day you can speak to anyone with Verizon Wireless .
The Verizon Prepaid Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. This plan also includes Unlimited night and weekend minutes (starting at 9 p.m.) and Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless phones all day.
The Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Talk Plan offers Unlimited minutes and one-cent text messages for $3.99 per day.

Using your Verizon Prepaid Phone as a Pager

Tracfone has two yearly plans available. They offer a $100 yearly minute card which you receive 400 minutes (800 using DMFL). If you just get 800 Tracfone Minutes using this card gives you 12.5 cent units and only $9 per month service.
Also available from Tracfone.com is a $200 yearly plan. This card provides you with 1500 units (3000 with DMFL) and a 12 months of service. With Dmfl installed these units will only cost 6.6 cents each plus your monthly expense is less than $17 a month.
